Royal Chef Darren McGrady Visits Jefferson House, Shares Recipe with 425 Magazine Over the summer
Darren McGrady, known as the “Royal Chef”, the world-famous former sous-chef to Queen Elizabeth II and Diana Princess of Wales, visited Jefferson House for a brain healthy cooking demonstration.
Chef McGrady, who has worked hand-in-hand with Koelsch to curate and develop world-class signature dishes across its communities, prepared a Brain-Healthy “Farm to Table” Pike Place Seared Salmon and Beet Salad.
Jefferson House residents enjoyed seeing the chef in action cooking the salmon he purchased from Pike Place that morning, adorning it with bright, colorful, and nutritious sides to encourage everyone to eat.
